A Philadelphia man will serve years in state prison after pleading guilty to sexually assaulting a teenage girl in Upper Dublin Township, according to a report.
Khyree H. Carter Conix, 32, was sentenced in Montgomery County Court to 5 to 20 years in prison, followed by three years of probation, after admitting to a felony charge involving a 15-year-old girl. The incident occurred in November 2024 within the township.
According to investigators, the case began when Upper Dublin Police Department learned of inappropriate contact between Carter Conix and the victim. Authorities said the two had been communicating for months after meeting earlier in 2024, with interactions that escalated into explicit exchanges.
Police said the assault took place in a vehicle parked near Camp Hill Road, where the victim’s younger friend was also present.
As part of the sentence, a judge ordered Carter Conix to have no contact with the victim and to undergo long-term supervision following his release. He will also be required to register for life under Pennsylvania’s sexual offender laws.
Additional charges were dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
