A Horsham man is facing charges following a months-long investigation that began with a cyber tip that resulted in the discovery of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), according to investigators.

Anthony Jose Caprisecca, of 35, of the 300 block of Sawmill Lane in Horsham, is facing more than 30 felony charges stemming from the incident.

On Feb. 5, 2026, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) received a cyber tip from cloud storage provider Dropbox regarding the upload of a digital file to an account associated with Caprisecca. The file was flagged by the provider as suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM), prompting further review and referral to law enforcement.

Investigators conducted an analysis of the account and determined it was linked to Caprisecca, including email addresses, phone numbers, and internet protocol (IP) address data. Authorities confirmed that the IP address used at the time of the upload was assigned to Caprisecca’s residence in Horsham.

Additional legal requests were issued to associated service providers, which corroborated the subscriber information and confirmed that multiple online accounts were connected to the same individual. Based on this information, investigators obtained a search warrant for the cloud storage account. Records returned pursuant to that warrant included account registration details, login history, metadata, and stored and deleted digital files.

A review of the returned materials identified numerous files within the account, several of which were classified as suspected CSAM, included images and videos depicting girls 6 and 10 years old. Investigators also noted patterns of account activity consistent with the upload, storage, and retention of such material. These findings further linked the account activity directly to the defendant.

On April 24, 2026, law enforcement executed a court-authorized search warrant at Caprisecca’s residence. During the search, multiple electronic devices and digital storage media were seized for forensic examination.

A preliminary forensic review of one seized mobile device revealed additional digital files consistent with suspected CSAM, further corroborating the information obtained through the cyber tip and subsequent investigation.

Based on the totality of the investigation, including digital records, subscriber information, and evidence recovered during the search, authorities determined that Caprisecca was in possession of multiple files containing suspected child sexual abuse material across both online storage accounts and personal electronic devices.

Caprisecca was unable to post bail, which was set at $250,000.00.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 7, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. before Judge Todd Stephens.

All suspects and defendants are innocent until proven guilty. This story was compiled using public court records.
