A Hatboro man is facing charges after he aggressively confronted officers who responded to a disturbance at his residence, according to police.

According to police reports, officers were initially dispatched by Montgomery County Police Radio around 6:53 p.m. on March 25 to the 300 block of Tanner Avenue for a verbal disturbance.

Upon arrival, they found Marc Pascucci, 40, in a highly agitated state, throwing objects throughout the home and spilling water on the floor. Officers noted he appeared intoxicated, with slurred speech, unsteady footing, and the odor of alcohol.

While officers tried to de-escalate the situation, Pascucci became increasingly aggressive. He forcefully pushed the front door into one officer and advanced on another, clenching his fists and attempting to strike and grab one officer’s gear. Two officers then intervened, guiding Pascucci onto a sofa in an effort to regain control.

Despite repeated verbal warnings and offers of transport to a nearby hotel to calm the situation, Pascucci again exited the residence and confronted an officer in the doorway, attempting to shove and strike him.

Authorities say Pascucci’s actions constituted intentional attempts to cause bodily injury to uniformed police officers. He was ultimately taken into custody without further incident and now faces charges including aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 9, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. before Judge Todd Stephens.

All suspects and defendants are innocent until proven guilty. This story was compiled using public court records.
