The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is inviting residents to share feedback on how it handled road conditions and services during the winter season through a brief online survey.
Hatboro officials are inviting residents to give PennDOT officials a piece of their minds...or opinions.
"To all of our followers, here is your chance to tell PennDOT about various potholes on state roads that were not filled despite many calls," Borough officials wrote.
The anonymous survey, which is available through April 14 and takes about five minutes to complete, includes 17 questions about topics such as snow removal priorities, how quickly roads are expected to be cleared, and overall satisfaction with PennDOT’s winter services.
Officials are also asking how residents receive roadway information and whether they use the state’s 511PA traveler information system, which provides real-time updates on traffic, incidents, and winter road conditions, including snowplow tracking.
PennDOT says the feedback will help the agency better understand public expectations and improve both its services and communication efforts moving forward.
