Emergency responders were called to the scene of a vehicle rescue early overnight following a crash near the intersection of Byberry Road and Warminster Road in Hatboro.
According to reports, the incident occurred around 12:24 a.m. and involved two vehicles, a red four-door sedan, and a black pickup truck. The sedan suffered heavy front-end damage while the pick up truck had side damage.
Initial reports indicated that two occupants were trapped, but both individuals were able to free themselves from the vehicles as police arrived.
Officials reported no serious injuries, and no one was transported to the hospital.
The crash caused significant traffic disruptions in the area while emergency crews worked at the scene. Both vehicles involved in the accident were towed away.
The Hatboro Police Department is continuing to investigate the cause of the crash. Officers from the Upper Moreland Township Police Department also responded to assist.
Fire and emergency units from the Horsham Fire Company and the Upper Moreland Fire Department were among the crews dispatched to the scene.
