A Horsham resident was arrested late last month following a police investigation at a gas station in neighboring Warrington Township, according to authorities.

Police say that on Dec. 20, 2025, at approximately 10:42 p.m., an officer observed what was described as suspicious activity involving four individuals and two vehicles at the Sunoco gas station located at 580 Easton Road in Warrington Township.

The officer reportedly recognized one of the individuals from prior encounters and initiated contact to investigate further.

During the course of the investigation, officers searched the vehicles and discovered a bag inside one of them. Police said 59-year-old Tobi Ann Greenspun, of Horsham, claimed ownership of the bag. Inside, officers allegedly found a Minions-themed case containing a crystal-like substance consistent with methamphetamine, along with two smoking pipes. One of the pipes reportedly showed burnt white and brown residue.

Greenspun was taken into custody and transported to the police station, where she was processed and later released.

All suspects and defendants are innocent until proven guilty. This story was compiled using public court records.
