The Hatboro-Horsham School Board meeting originally scheduled for Monday evening has been rescheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 27, and will begin at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will take place in the Community Room at Keith Valley Middle School.
Among the key items on the agenda are change orders tied to ongoing construction and environmental remediation projects at Keith Valley Middle School.
One change order involves Boro Construction and totals $262,808.87. The costs include $97,439.94 for the removal of transite materials, $156,051.74 for installing sod on athletic fields impacted by construction work, and $9,317.19 for the installation of stairwell guardrails.
A second change order is associated with Plymouth Environmental and totals $231,420.37. This work includes asbestos abatement related to transite materials, at a cost of $182,150.00, as well as asbestos removal from the former Administration Building, totaling $49,270.37.
