Cold temperatures won’t stop the Horsham community from coming out this weekend as the Horsham Farmers’ Winter Market makes its debut on Sunday, Jan. 18. The market will run from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Horsham Township Library, 435 Babylon Road, featuring both indoor and outdoor vendors offering seasonal produce and a wide selection of locally made goods.
