Horsham Township Council made several appointments to local advisory boards and commissions during its meeting Tuesday night, filling vacancies and adding new members across a wide range of township committees.
Township officials thanked the appointees for their willingness to serve and for their commitment to the community. The boards and commissions provide recommendations to council and play an important role in shaping policies related to planning, parks, public safety, utilities, historic preservation and other local issues.
The following individuals were appointed:

• Valerie Mebert – Horsham Water & Sewer Authority
• Janine Solley – Park & Recreation Board
• Kelly McPeak – Park & Recreation Board
• Christopher Wolcott – Park & Recreation Board
• Colleen Rodriguez – Police Pension Advisory Board
• Susan Chiriaeva – Horsham Industrial & Commercial Development Authority
• Keith Hoerth – Zoning Hearing Board
• Deanna Martin – Environmental Advisory Board
• Kelly Eberle Boetefuer – Historical Advisory Commission
• Eric Glemser – Historical Advisory Commission
• Milton Kunz – Library Board of Directors
• Allison Keene – Library Board of Directors
• Elizabeth Thomson – Horsham Land Redevelopment Authority
• Natasha Scott-Lawson – UCC Board of Appeals
• Samantha Slaff – Military Installation Remediation & Infrastructure Authority
Council members noted that volunteer boards and commissions are a vital part of township government, providing resident input and expertise on a wide range of issues affecting Horsham.
