A New York man is facing serious charges after authorities say he sexually assaulted a teenage girl in Horsham Township, part of a broader investigation involving a second victim in Lancaster County, U.S. Marshals announced.
According to law enforcement, Dijani Brown, 28, allegedly assaulted a 14-year-old girl in Horsham Township on Oct. 14, 2025. Investigators said Brown met the victim through a social media “friend finder” app, misrepresented his age, and arranged to meet her before the alleged assault occurred inside his vehicle.
Authorities also allege Brown assaulted a 13-year-old girl two days earlier, on Oct. 12, in Manor Township, Lancaster County, under similar circumstances. Police say both victims were contacted through social media platforms and that Brown used the apps to gain their trust.
A warrant related to the Horsham Township case was issued on Nov. 20, 2025. After Brown failed to surrender to Horsham police, the U.S. Marshals Service took over efforts to locate him. A separate warrant was later issued in Lancaster County on Jan. 20, 2026.
Brown was ultimately apprehended in Yonkers by members of the U.S. Marshals Service Eastern Pennsylvania Violent Crime Fugitive Task Force. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Westchester County Jail, where he remains while awaiting extradition to Pennsylvania.
Brown is expected to be extradited to Pennsylvania to face charges in Horsham Township and Lancaster County.
