On Saturday, September 13, 7:30 p.m., English rocker Eric Clapton is bringing his guitar genius to the Xfinity Mobile Arena.

Don’t miss classics like “Layla” as well as his more recent music. The concert will also feature an appearance by The Wallflowers.

Opera Philadelphia’s 50^th Anniversary Gala at Academy of Music

On Saturday, September 13, 6 p.m., Opera Philadelphia presents Vox Ex Machina, its 50^th Anniversary Gala at the Academy of Music.

The performance marries music and visual art to create an unforgettable experience. The music of opera stars and other artists will be translated into art right there on the stage.

A celebration dinner at the Reading Terminal Market is planned for after the performance.

Comedy Allstars at Punch Line Philly

On Tuesday, September 9, 7:30 p.m., Punch Line Philly will be hosting the Comedy Allstars.
