Montgomery County’s burger lovers are about to have another reason to celebrate.
Shake Shack is opening a new restaurant in Abington Township’s Jenkintown section, with a grand opening scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 29.
The new location, 901 Old York Road, will open at 10:30 a.m., and marks the fifth Shake Shack in Montgomery County, joining existing spots in King of Prussia, Plymouth Meeting, Montgomerville, and Ardmore’s Suburban Square.
The new eatery moves into a recently renovated shopping hub that has been steadily revitalizing over the past year. The Noble Town Center now hosts popular restaurants like Honeygrow and Dig Inn, alongside other stores such as Barnes & Noble, Trader Joe’s, and ULTA Beauty. Property owner Paramount Realty has been actively expanding the center’s offerings, adding new retail tenants and health-focused facilities to create a more vibrant, mixed-use destination.
Guests visiting the Jenkintown Shake Shack can expect all the classics like the ShackBurger and Crinkle Cut fries to hand-spun shakes and seasonal specialties like the French Onion Soup Burger.
The restaurant will operate Sunday through Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Fridays and Saturdays until 10 p.m.
To celebrate the grand opening, the first guests through the door will receive exclusive mini Shake Shack tote bags. As part of the company’s community-focused launch tradition, $1 from every sandwich sold on opening day will be donated to Family Promise, a nonprofit dedicated to helping families overcome homelessness through shelter, prevention, and housing programs.
