Sam’s Club shoppers will have more time to stock up on essentials this fall.
The warehouse retailer has announced expanded hours nationwide on Sunday's, including at the Willow Grove location at 3925 Welsh Road, giving members extra evening shopping time.
Starting this week, all Sam’s Club stores, including Willow Grove, will now be open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. every day of the week. Previously, Sunday hours ended at 6:00 p.m.
According to company officials, the change was made in response to strong customer feedback requesting greater weekend flexibility. The expanded hours also come ahead of the busy holiday shopping season, when many families rely on bulk buying and longer store access.
Steven Zapata, director of corporate communications at Sam's Club, credited the change due to "overwhelming feedback" from its members.
Plus members, who hold the retailer’s premium membership, will continue to receive early shopping access from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., while regular Club members can enter after 9:00 a.m.

Fuel centers opening earlier and staying open later at many locations
Holiday hours extended to 8:00 p.m. on Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and New Year’s Eve
Sam’s Club stores will still close on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, Easter, and New Year’s Day. Christmas Eve hours will remain shortened, with clubs closing at 6:00 p.m.
