The Montgomery County Office of Voter Services shares important details and reminders about voting by mail and in person for the upcoming Municipal Election on Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2025.
The deadline to register to vote in the 2025 Municipal Election is Monday, Oct. 20, 2025. The deadline to request a mail-in ballot for the 2025 Municipal Election is Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 5 p.m.
2025 Municipal Election Voter Services Main Office and Satellite Office Locations and Hours of Operation
Voter Services Main Office is open Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Beginning on Monday, Oct. 6, the Montgomery County Mobile Voter Services Outreach Van (or Voter Van) will be making scheduled appearances across the County at community events, residential facilities, and college campuses. Visit the calendar regularly for an updated schedule.
Satellite offices will be open on alternating Saturdays and Sundays starting Saturday, October 18, through Sunday, October 26, from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. The full list of Satellite Office locations and schedules is available online.
Secure Ballot Drop Box Locations and Hours of Operation
Secure drop-off boxes are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, starting at 12 p.m. on October 17, 2025, at the following locations unless otherwise noted. Mail ballots must be received by 8 p.m. on Tuesday, November 4, 2025.

Voting in-person
Registered voters of Montgomery County who wish to vote in person can visit their polling places on Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2025, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The Montgomery County Board of Elections approved six polling location changes for the November 2025 Municipal Election:
Lower Frederick 1 and 2 will vote at Perkiomen Valley Middle School West.
Montgomery 4 will vote at Village of Neshaminy Falls Clubhouse.
Upper Dublin 6-1 will vote at Temple Sinai Synagogue.
Cheltenham 5-1 will vote at Myers Elementary.
Horsham 1-2 will vote at Bux-Mont Baptist Church.
