The Hatboro Public Works Department has announced that the 2025 Road Paving Project, originally scheduled to begin this fall, has been delayed. A new start date has not yet been confirmed, but officials have assured residents that updates will be shared as soon as they are available.

When work does begin, paving will be carried out by Land Tech Enterprises of Warrington, a contractor experienced in municipal road improvement projects across the region. The 2025 project will focus on resurfacing and repairing several important neighborhood roadways that have shown wear over time.

The following streets are slated for paving:

South Chester Avenue: from Williams Lane to West Moreland Avenue

Jacksonville Road: from East Moreland Avenue to East Montgomery Avenue

Crescent Road: entire roadway

Bright Road: from Bright Road to Home Road

Officials note that paving projects often require temporary traffic detours, parking restrictions, and limited access to driveways while work is underway. The Borough plans to provide advance notice to residents on the affected streets so that families can plan accordingly.
