Keswick Theatre

The Glenn Miller Orchestra performs today at 7 p.m. in the Keswick Theatre, Glenside, Montgomery County. The 18-member ensemble continues to play many of the original swing-era Miller arrangements along with more modern selections arranged and performed in the Miller style and sound.

“The Last Waltz Celebration” tribute to the Band takes place on Friday at 8 p.m. at the Keswick.

Colin Hay comes to Glenside on Saturday at 8. The lead vocalist of Men at Work is a singer-songwriter known for intimate, confessional live shows.

Robert Dubac’s irreverent comedy show “Stand Up Jesus” takes the Keswick stage Sunday at 7.

John 5 and Berks County native Richie Kotzen perform Tuesday at 8 p.m. The two guitar greats are on the road promising to play songs people haven’t heard in a long time as well as popular favorites.

Singer-songwriter Alessia Cara rounds out the week’s lineup on Wednesday at 8. Cara won the 2018 Best New Artist Grammy and has come out with a number of hit songs.

Street Food Festival

The 2025 Philadelphia Street Food Festival is scheduled for Saturday from 2 to 9 p.m. at Harrahs Philadelphia Casino and Racetrack Outdoor Pavilion Racetrack in Chester, Delaware County.

There will be 30 food trucks and local restaurants with all food items priced at $5 or less. Enjoy bands, DJs, breakdancing, competitions, a kids zone and more at this all-ages event. The event is rain or shine, no refunds.

Lansdowne Theater

Singer-songwriters Marc Cohn and Shawn Colvin perform Saturday at 8 p.m. in the Lansdowne Theater in Delaware County.

Cohn is a Grammy Award winner for “Walking in Memphis” and has gone on to continue producing songs rooted in rhythm and blues, soul and gospel and possessed of a storyteller’s pen. Colvin won a Grammy for her hit 1989 debut album “Steady On” and has developed a reputation for her innovative brand of contemporary folk music.

Playboi Carti

Rapper Playboi Carti brings his Antagonist Tour to Philadelphia’s Xfinity Mobile Arena on Monday at 7 p.m., joined by Homixide Gang, Destroy Lonely and Ken Carson  For tickets, see www.xfinitymobilearena.com/events.

Diner Day

The Boyertown Museum of Historic Vehicles is holding Diner Day on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Guests can sit inside the museum’s preserved Fegely’s Reading Diner and enjoy coffee and homemade pie at 1938 prices — a nickel for a cup of coffee and a quarter for a slice of pie. Concert for kids

Children ages 4 to 12 will have the opportunity to enjoy the world of baroque chamber music at Lenape Chamber Ensemble’s Concert in the Round on Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Delaware Valley University Life Sciences Building Auditorium, 700 E. Butler Ave. in Doylestown.


Musicians from New York will perform music by Vivaldi, Scarlatti, Quentin and Telemann for violins, viola, cello, viola da gamba, bass and harpsichord. The 45-minute program includes a question/answer session, instrument demonstration and a chance to meet the artists. Comedy at The Met

A pair of comedy shows are coming to The Met Philadelphia this weekend.

Iliza Live! featuring Iliza Schlesinger is scheduled for Friday at 7. Kurtis Conner brings The Goodfellow World Tour to the venue on Sunday at 7.

Schlesinger has released comedy specials on Netflix and Amazon Prime and wrote, executive produced and starred in the romantic comedy film “Good On Paper.” Conner is a popular presence on YouTube and has one of the top comedy podcasts.

Santander center

A touring production of Tony-award-winning Broadway musical “Hadestown” will be at the Santander Performing Arts Center in Reading today at 7:30 p.m. “Hadestown” intertwines the mythic tales of Orpheus and Eurydice, and that of King Hades and Persephone.

“Who’s Bad: The Ultimate Michael Jackson Experience” will be at the performing arts center Friday at 7:30. Who’s Bad is the longest-running Michael Jackson tribute band and the only one to predate his passing,

Comedian Kevin James, best known for the long-running TV series “The King of Queens,” appears Saturday at 5 p.m. at the center. James also has appeared in a number of popular movies and streaming comedy specials.
