After 13 years at the helm, Pam Kelly will conclude her service as President and CEO of the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Montgomery County on June 30.
"After 13 incredible years as President & CEO of the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Montgomery County, I’ve made the decision to step down at the end of June," Kelly wrote.
"This wasn’t an easy decision, but it feels like the right time to explore new challenges and possibilities," she added. "Leading this organization has been the highlight of my career—from growing the Chamber into the largest and most active business association in the county, to fostering a welcoming community where businesses connect, collaborate, and thrive."
Throughout her time with the Chamber, Kelly played a pivotal role in driving its transformation. She led the organization through significant expansion and innovation, strengthened its role as a champion for local businesses, introduced impactful new programs, and fostered stronger connections within the community.
"I’m so grateful for all the support I’ve received over the years—from the board, our members, community partners, and the dedicated Chamber team," Kelly said. "Your trust, encouragement, and collaboration have meant more than I can say.
"While I’ll miss many aspects of this work, I’m looking ahead with a sense of curiosity and optimism about what’s next," she added.
Kelly earned a BS in Pharmacy from The Philadelphia College of Pharmacy & Science (now St. Joseph's University) and is a licensed Registered Pharmacist in Pennsylvania. She holds a Masters in Nonprofit Leadership from LaSalle University.
Kelly serves on the Board of Directors for MontcoWorks; the Partnership TMA; and the Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center Community Advisory Board.
