The Hatboro-Horsham School District is inviting the community to a vibrant celebration of the arts with its annual K–12 Art Show, taking place on Thursday, May 8, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Hatboro-Horsham High School. This exciting event showcases the diverse talents of students across all grade levels, highlighting both visual and performing arts in an engaging, family-friendly atmosphere.

Guests can expect an array of student artwork, from detailed paintings and expressive drawings to innovative digital pieces and intricate ceramics. K–8 student artwork will be displayed in the school’s auxiliary gym, while high school art will be featured in the dedicated art gallery space. Throughout the evening, members of the National Art Honor Society will offer live art demonstrations, providing a behind-the-scenes look at creative processes in digital art, painting, drawing, and ceramics.

Family-friendly activities will be available for all ages, including face painting, spin art, watercolor painting stations, and a photo booth. These interactive experiences aim to involve attendees directly in the creative spirit of the event.

The evening also includes a rich lineup of musical performances. Students in grades 3–12 will perform live music in 30-minute intervals, enhancing the ambiance as attendees explore the art displays. At 6:30 p.m., the high school’s spring choir and orchestra concert will take place in the auditorium, offering a special highlight of the district’s performing arts program.

Food trucks will be on-site to offer refreshments, making this a complete night out for families and community members. Hatboro-Horsham’s commitment to arts education is evident in its robust programming, which spans traditional and digital media, and nurtures creativity from kindergarten through high school.

Come celebrate the power of student expression through art and music.
