On Wednesday, May 14, the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce will host its Women’s Leadership Summit at Bar Sera, located at 382 E Elm Street in Conshohocken.
More than just a networking lunch, the summit will provide an afternoon of connection, and bold ideas from some of the region’s most influential women leaders.
The event runs from from 11:45 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
This year’s summit features a lineup of speakers who are making a meaningful impact across leadership, government, behavioral science, and community engagement.
Stacey Ames, founder of Leading with Behavior Balance, will share insights on emotional intelligence and people skills that drive real results.
Cassandra Coleman, Executive Director of America250, will provide a national perspective on civic engagement as she leads the planning for America’s 250th birthday celebration.
Jamila H. Winder, Vice Chair of the Montgomery County Commissioners, brings a passionate voice for equity and local governance.
Valerie Smilansky, founder of Agile Mom Coaching, will offer real-world strategies for working moms to balance leadership at work and home.
Rounding out the panel is Bev Weinberg, founder of Integrate for Good, whose work in inclusive leadership and disability advocacy continues to reshape community narratives.
