Kristin E. Haines, 39, faces a felony charge of retail theft after walking out of Weis Market without paying for goods, according to police.
The Upper Morleand Police Department was dispatched to Weis Market, 2100 County Line Road, in the Huntingdon Valley section of Upper Moreland Township, on March 18 at 4:51 p.m. for a theft-in-custody, according to police.
Montgomery County Dispatch advised police that there was an uncooperative female in custody who was stealing from the store, according to police. The police officer spoke with Andrew Highman, a reatail crime investogator for Weis Markets, who told the officer that he observed Haines place several items in her shopping cart.

According to police, Haines pushes the shopping cart with the above merchandise out the door after passing all points of sale. Haines failed to pay for $77.55 worth of goods from Weis Markets.
A criminal history check of Haines revealed two prior convictions for retail theft charges, according to police.
