Horsham VFW Post 9788 is inviting residents to attend its Spring VFW Ham Shoot on Sunday, April 13, from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m., at 324 Saw Mill Lane in Horsham.
Leading up to the event, splash cards will be sold at the Post bar, and everyone is welcome to purchase a square—or two or more—for a chance to win a ham.
On the day of the event, a bird shot will be fired at the card, and the square with the closest hit to the center will win a ham. Rest assured, no pigs will be harmed during this event. In addition to the Ham Shoot, you can spin the Wheel of Meats and Cheeses (bacon included).
There will also be a 50/50 raffle and other fun activities. Food will be available for purchase as well.
All are invited to attend, and everyone is welcome to try their hand at shooting the cards.
