Hatboro-Horsham’s Hall of Fame recognizes outstanding alumni, former staff, and community members who have made significant contributions in academics, athletics, the arts, or other professional fields. Each year, the district honors a new class of inductees who have demonstrated excellence in their respective areas and have positively impacted the school and community.

This year, three new members will be inducted to the Hall of Fame, and they will be honored in a ceremony on Monday, April 21, at Hatboro-Horsham High School.

The Hall of Fame class typically includes former student-athletes, educators and leaders who have left a lasting mark on Hatboro-Horsham. Inductees are celebrated during a special ceremony where they share their experiences and inspire current students to pursue their passions.

“These individuals are outstanding leaders in their professional industries, and I invite the community to join us in honoring them,” said HHHS Principal Dr. Dennis M. Williams Jr.

Wayne Wiley (1968)

A pillar of the Horsham community, Wiley was a master woodworker whose love for craftsmanship began in high school, earning him the prestigious Stanley Tools Scholarship Award in both 1967 and 1968. His passion evolved into a lifelong career as the owner and operator of Wiley’s Custom Crafts, a beloved small business that thrived for over 50 years. Renowned for his exceptional skill and artistry, he specialized in handcrafted furniture, custom cabinetry, and intricate wood designs that adorned homes and businesses across the region. His dedication to craft earned him national recognition when Town & Country Magazine featured him as the Renaissance Craftsman in the summer of 1997, highlighting his meticulous attention to detail and timeless woodworking techniques.

Beyond his workshop, he was deeply committed to public service and loved the Hatboro-Horsham community. A lifelong member of the Horsham Fire Company, he served as lieutenant, battalion chief, deputy chief, and chief (1986-87) before becoming an instructor and fire police chief. His leadership and dedication were instrumental in training new firefighters and ensuring community safety.

A devoted advocate for youth sports, he served as a Horsham Little League board member and coach from 1987 to 2002, mentoring young athletes and fostering a love for the game. Since the 1990s, he has also played a key role in organizing the annual Horsham Day softball tournament, bringing the community together through sports and tradition. Recognized for his outstanding contributions, he received numerous awards for his service to the Horsham Fire Company and Horsham Township. His legacy is one of craftsmanship, leadership, and unwavering dedication to his community.

Todd Stephens (1989)

Todd Stephens is a dedicated public servant with a distinguished career in law and government. In 2004, he was appointed Special Assistant United States Attorney, where he played a key role in the Firearms Unit, prosecuting individuals who violated federal gun laws. His commitment to justice led him to serve as captain of multiple units, including the Sex Crimes Unit, the C.L.E.A.N. Team, the Firearms Unit, and the Major Crimes Unit.

During his tenure as a prosecutor, Stephens built an impressive record, achieving a 99 percent conviction rate with over 1,500 convictions, including 18 homicide convictions. His dedication to upholding the law and protecting the community earned him a strong reputation for integrity and effectiveness.

In 2010, Stephens was elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, where he represented District 151 for 12 years, serving from December 1, 2010, to November 30, 2022. Throughout his time in the legislature, he was a strong advocate for public safety, criminal justice reform, and community development, working tirelessly to pass laws that benefited his constituents.

Following his tenure in the House, Stephens has continued his commitment to public service and justice by assuming the role of Magisterial District Justice in Horsham. In this position, he remains dedicated to ensuring fair and impartial legal proceedings while upholding the values of integrity, accountability, and service to the community.

With a career defined by justice, leadership, and public service, Stephens continues to make a meaningful impact in Pennsylvania’s legal and political landscape.
