A complete list of 2025 PHARE funding recipients is available on the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) website under the “Funding Announcements” section.
PHARE is funded through two main sources: a portion of the natural gas impact fee revenue and a portion of the realty transfer tax, which together support housing initiatives in both drilling-affected areas and communities statewide.
Montgomery County is deeply committed to housing equity and ensuring all residents have access to safe, affordable housing. This PHARE funding will enable continued progress toward preventing homelessness and strengthening communities across the County.
