With the temperatures rising this week, to dangerous levels at peak times of the day, it is vital for everyone to keep cool and safe.
Many townships are opening up public spaces to its residents to offer some relief, whether that be providing indoor spaces with air conditioning, or charging stations for those who are still without power.
Horsham Township officials informed its residents last weekend that the Horsham Township Library, 435 Babylon Road, Horsham, would be open as a cooling/charging station, however, the HVAC system has been working overtime and now needs some maintenance of its own.
Officials have announced that the Horsham Township Library will be opening late on Wednesday, June 25, due to necessary HVAC repairs.
Outdoor story time and the Senior Health Presentation scheduled for Wednesday have been canceled.
