Out with the old, in with the new.
As the Hatboro-Horsham School District continues its construction of a new Keith Valley Middle School, the community is remembering the old digs with one last hurrah.
HHSD is inviting anyone who is interested to a special Open House event on Saturday, June 14th, as the community bids a heartfelt farewell to the historic Keith Valley Middle School building.
From 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., former students, staff, families, and friends are encouraged to stop by at their convenience to revisit a place that has played a significant role in the educational journey of countless individuals.
This building, which has not only been home to Keith Valley Middle School, but also once served as Hatboro-Horsham High School, has long been a cornerstone of the community.
For generations, its hallways have echoed with the footsteps of students, the dedication of educators, and the energy of school traditions and events. As the district prepares to move forward into a new era, this event provides a meaningful opportunity to honor the past
Guests will have the chance to walk through the halls one last time, step into familiar classrooms, and reflect on the many memories made within these walls. Whether attendees graduated decades ago or have only recently moved on, all are welcome to reconnect with former classmates, teachers, and friends, and to share stories that have stood the test of time.
The event will be held in an open house format, allowing visitors to come and go as they please throughout the day. No formal program is scheduled, just a chance to gather, remember, and celebrate the legacy of a building that helped shape the lives of so many.
All are invited to be part of this special moment in the school's history.
