The Borough of Hatboro is currently seeking dedicated volunteers to serve on several important boards and commissions. This is an opportunity to lend your voice, expertise, and enthusiasm to local government and help guide the decisions that impact the community.
Hatboro is currently accepting letters of interest for the following volunteer positions:
Historical Commission – Help preserve and promote Hatboro’s rich history by advising on matters related to historic properties, heritage education, and cultural preservation.
Parking Commission – Play a key role in reviewing and recommending parking regulations and solutions to support local businesses, residents, and visitors.
Environmental Advisory Council (EAC) – Join a team committed to sustainability and environmental stewardship. Assist with projects, policy recommendations, and community education on issues such as conservation, recycling, and green initiatives.
Shade Tree Commission – Contribute to the beautification and ecological health of Hatboro by helping to manage and protect our urban forest and tree canopy.
Serving on a board or commission is a great way to gain experience in local government, meet neighbors who share your interests, and contribute to the betterment of Hatboro.
