Upper Moreland Police respond to report of nude man on track tracks, according to police

Christopher Willman, 50, is facing an indecent exposure charge after an incident near the Willow Grove Train Station, according to police.

Police officers from the Upper Moreland Police Department responded to the Willow Grove Train Station, 200 Davisville Road, in the Willow Grove section of Upper Moreland, for a report of a nude man on the outbound train tracks, according to police.

When officers arrived on scene, they located a black male, later identified as Willman, lying face down on a public bench located on the outbound platform of the station, according to police.

The bench was situated in a well-lit, publicly accessible area. Willman was nude from the waist down, his black boxer-style underwear around his ankles, exposing his buttocks to public view, according to police.

Next to Willman was a female subject, who was observed elbowing Willman in the side in an apparent attempt to alert him, according to police. There was also a white powdery substance on Willman’s buttocks, according to police.

A warrant is being sought for Willman, according to police. Bail was set at $5,000.

A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 12, 2025, in front of Magisterial District Court Judge Thomas P. Murt Scheduled.
