Emergency crews responded to the area of Chestnut Lane and Horsham Road in Horsham Township for a multi-vehicle accident around 9:47 p.m. Monday.
A dark colored Ford Escape and a dark colored four-door Dodge SUV were involved in the accident near the 1200 block of Horsham Road.
The driver of the Ford Escape flipped its vehicle on its roof, and was reportedly trapped inside before being extricated by medical personnel. The driver was reportedly being treated for unknown injuries at the scene.
The Dodge SUV suffered front-end damage, a shattered back window, and side panel damage where the accident reportedly occurred. The vehicle also suffered damage to the rear and driver side back wheel.
Officials have closed Horsham Road at Chestnut Lane at this time due to debris in the road.
Emergency crews from Horsham Fire Company Ambulance, Horsham Police and Horsham Fire Company responded to the scene.
