As the school year has come to a close and the community prepares for summer, the Borough of Hatboro is celebrating the educators who make a lasting impact both inside and outside the classroom.

In a show of gratitude, the Borough is inviting residents to nominate an exceptional local teacher to be honored for their dedication to students, colleagues, and the community at large.

The selected nominee will be recognized by the Borough and awarded a 2025 Hatboro Pool Membership—a token of appreciation for their outstanding efforts.

To be eligible, nominees must meet at least one of the following criteria:

  • They must teach within the Hatboro-Horsham School District;
  • Teach at a school, preschool, or daycare located within the Borough of Hatboro; or
  • Live in the Borough, but teach in a district outside Hatboro-Horsham.|

Submissions will be reviewed by the Borough Council’s Community Outreach and Events Committee, which is eager to spotlight a local educator who exemplifies excellence in education and community spirit. Nominations must be submitted using the form linked below.
