A special, first-of-its-kind workshop is scheduled in Hatboro on Wednesday, Jan. 29.

Solar panels will be the topic of conversation as the Hatboro Environmental Advisory Council will host Hatboro Solar 101, a workshop with Solar United Neighbors (SUN), at Borough Hall, 414 S. York Rd., from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

“Get all your solar questions answered without the sales pitch,” it states on the workshop flier.

Speaker Monica Carey, director of Pennsylvania’s SUN, will lead the free workshop. Interested guests will receive expert help, receive unbiassed support, help you spot solar scams, meet other solar owners, as well as educational tools about everything solar.
