A vehicle accident with injuries, in addition to an impacted traffic light, has traffic in Horsham slowed during Tuesday evening’s rush hour.

According to county dispatch, units were called to the area of Easton and Meetinghouse roads, for the report of a traffic collision with injuries, around 5:27 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 21. According to those at the scene, three people were transported by ambulance for injuries, and a traffic light at the intersection is no longer working as a result of the accident.

Responding to the scene are units from Horsham Township Police, Enterprise Fire Company of Hatboro, the Horsham Fire Company, the Horsham Fire Company Ambulance, and Second Alarmers Rescue Squad, among other first responders.

The light is out at this time, and the intersection is expected to cause delays until it is restored. Drivers are asked to avoid the area, if possible.

More information will be published as it is made available.
