Horsham Township officially welcomed a new business to town with a ribbon-cutting ceremony in December.
Align Precision, a nationwide manufacturer serving in the aerospace, defense, semiconductor, and high-tech industries, celebrated its newest facility at 425 Privet Road.
"This facility marks a key milestone as part of the upcoming 86,000-square-foot manufacturing site, scheduled to fully open by late 2025,” Align Precision wrote on social media. "The NPI Center provides ALIGN with the capability to validate and refine new products for key customers."
"Aerospace, defense, semiconductor, and evolving high-tech industries require extreme precision in the manufacturing of their parts and assemblies,” the company stated on its website. “As your collaborative partner, we align our expertise, technologies, and processes to achieve the tight tolerances required for your demanding applications. Nationwide, our skilled teams have decades of experience working with hard metals, aluminum, alloys, and other exotic materials."
Its arrival brings 150 employees to Horsham and the company plans to add another 100 in the future.
According to job boards, current openings include:
The new 85,396 square-foot facility doubles the size of the company's footprint from its previous location in Huntingdon Valley. The expansion supports high-tech NC (Numerical Control) machining and cleanroom assembly operations, which is critical for meeting the growing demands of the semiconductor and high-tech industries.
Commercial real estate firm CBRE arranged the financing for the new facility.
“Ownership’s execution on the building renovations to reposition the asset made 425 Privet Road an ideal fit to meet Align Precision’s future real estate requirements as it expands its operations,” said Tim Morris of CBRE. “The company, which is one of the leading manufactures supporting the aerospace and defense industries, required state-of-the-art industrial space to support its fast-growing business, and 425 Privet Road precisely fit their needs.”
