Hatboro Police Department arrest 64-year-old man for illegally selling controlled substances within Borough

The Hatboro Police Department announced the arrest of Joseph Durkin, 64, on Feb. 21.

According to police, the Hatboro Police Department received a tip on Jan. 1 of someone illegally selling controlled substances within the Borough. A joint investigation was conducted between the Hatboro Police Department and the Montgomery County Detective Bureau, which led to Durkin’s arrest about seven weeks later.

Durkin is charged with three counts of Manufacture/Deliver/Possession with Intent to Deliver and three counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance.
