A longtime community business was honored at the latest Borough of Hatboro Council Meeting.
Before official business was conducted, the Borough Council honored Jerry Boggs and his business, Boggs Printing, 218 N. York Road, for being a community stalworth for the last 45 years.
Established in 1979, the business handles standard printing of business stationery, forms, invitations, as well as signs, marketing materials, and a vast array of promotional items.
“Boggs Printing has been a part of Hatboro community for more than four decades, and we thank them for making Hatboro a better place to live and work,” said Hatboro Council Member Donald Hoover. “They continue to positively impact the lives of Hatboro and neighboring communities on a daily basis.”
Bogg’s dream of opening his own printing shop became a reality at 22-years-old when he purchased a printing business in Hatboro on June 1, 1979. Located at 216 N. York Road next to Boggs’ current storefront, the business had been established in Hatboro for a year prior to Jerry’s purchase making it a great opportunity for Jerry to begin his success in the printing business.
At Boggs Printing, it uses its experience and expertise to get their customers the best value for their money. It prides itself on exceptional customer service and also have an in-house graphic designer, listed as Rene Seaman, Graphic Goddess, on its website, that most printing companies do not have.
“The Borough of Hatboro is extremely grateful in making Hatboro a better place to live,” Hoover said.
