Cameron Schulingkamp, 22, of the 3400 block of Bleigh Avenue in Philadelphia, faces multiple felony counts related to theft at the Willow Grove Mall, according to police.
The Abington Police Department was contacted by Macy’s Security on Feb. 15 around 2:35 p.m. in reference to a retail theft, according to police.
When the officer arrived and spoke with security, Macy’s security said they observed a male, later identified as Schulingkamp, selecting unpaid merchandise and placing them in a bag. The merchandise was valued at $1,265, according to police.
Schulingkamp concealed the items in a school bad and then exited the store, passing all points of sale on the third level mall entrance/exit with the unpaid merchandise. Schulingkamp was stopped and detained by mall security, and Schulingkamp was found in possession of the stolen merchandise.
