Horsham Township is reminding its residents that you can recycle your textiles and support our library. The Horsham Township Library offers a convenient recycling drop-off for textiles and shoes. A red bin is available in the parking lot for these items. (Please note that electronics are not accepted in this bin).
Residents are being asked to donate their gently used clothes, shoes, or linens.
The Township is reminding those interested that this is NOT a drop-off for unwanted furniture, toys etc. All donations must be bagged, tied and placed inside the bin.
Additionally, the library accepts printer and copier cartridges, eyeglasses, and cell phones and accessories. These items can be dropped off in designated bins inside the library.
"By recycling textiles, you are helping to reduce landfill waste and support sustainable practices in the community," the Horsham Township Library wrote.
