Michael Marcagi at the Union Transfer
Folk-Rock artist Michael Marcagi is playing Union Transfer on Thursday, Feb. 13, at 8 p.m.
Hailing from the Midwest, Marcagi got his start in music through his loyal social media supporters who were instantly attracted to his emotional storytelling. The release on TikTok of his songs, “The Other Side,” depicting the claustrophobia of small-town life and “Sacred to Start,” about taking a leap of faith, has endeared him to his fans.
Many of his songs explore the cracks in human relationship. His debut EP American Romance is out now.
