‘The Half-God of Rainfall’ at the Wilma Theater

If you love mythology and basketball, then this show is sure to be a slam dunk of a special evening out. Immerse yourself in the tale of a fictional basketball player who is also a demigod. A half-Nigerian mortal and half-Greek god, he leaves his West Nigerian village to become an NBA superstar.
The show which blends in both Yoruba and Greek mythologies is based on a poem by Ellams, a Nigerian-born British poet.
