Convicted felon assaults man at bank, police say

The Horsham Police Department responded to an incident on Friday, Feb. 7 at an area bank where David Costantini, 63, was found to be assaulting another person, according to police. 

Police did not say which bank the assault took place at.

Along with the threats and injury he caused, Costantini was also found to be a convicted felon illegally in possession of a firearm, in possession of suspected methamphetamine, cocaine, marijuana, unlabeled prescription meds, and a fraudulent or stolen check, according to police.

Costantini was arrested and faces charges of firearms not to be carried without license, former convict not to own a firearm, robbery, threats and possession of controlled substance, according to police.

Costantini was transported to Montgomery County Correctional Facility for arraignment and is awaiting a preliminary hearing, according to police.
