Ahmed Nordene Allie Jr., 44, of the 4500 block of Wayne Ave. in Philadelphia, was sentenced to 7 to 14 years in a state correctional facility for having sexual contact with a 15-year-old girl while she was a patient at the Horsham Clinic where he worked as an aide, according to The Reporter.

He pleaded guilty to charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse of a child under 16 and institutional sexual assault in connection with the incidents, according to the article.

The incidents occurred in July 2023 at the hospital.

“You were in a position of a caregiver. You were to give care, not to inflict trauma,” Montgomery County Judge Steven T. O’Neill said.

According to the article, the victim told police that Allie touched her in an inappropriate manner on July 1 and that he “told her not to tell anyone or he could get fired, which would be all her fault,” according to the criminal complaint filed by Horsham Detective Kimberly Ngo.

On July 2, Allie exposed his genitals to the girl and had sexual contact with the girl, according to court documents.

The judge ordered Allie to complete three years of probation consecutive to parole. Allie also faces a lifetime requirement to report his address to state police in order to comply with Pennsylvania’s Sexual Offender Registration and Notification act (formerly Megan’s Law).

The investigation began on July 5, 2023, when Horsham Township police received a referral from Childline, a child abuse reporting entity, that a juvenile at the Horsham Clinic had been touched in a sexual manner by Allie, who was employed as a mental health technician at the clinic, according to court documents.
