A little friendly competition and a lot of community spirit will come together for local residents this January.
The Borough of Hatboro will host its Second Annual Battle of the Badges Blood Drive, a community-wide event dedicated to saving lives and supporting local first responders.
The blood drive will take place on Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Pennypack Community Center, located at 130 Spring Avenue, Hatboro, PA 19040.
This friendly “Battle of the Badges” invites residents to donate blood on behalf of their favorite local department. Participants can choose to support one of the following organizations:
While the competition adds some fun, the true winners are the patients whose lives may be saved through these donations. Every unit of blood collected can help hospitals meet critical needs throughout our region.
The Borough of Hatboro extends its sincere thanks to the American Red Cross of Southeastern Pennsylvania for partnering with us to make this important event possible. We are excited to once again bring our community together for such a meaningful cause.
