On the morning of Aug. 25, 2025, around 8:30 a.m., police in Lower Southampton Township responded to a retail theft at the Wawa located at 929 Bustleton Pike in Feasterville.
Store staff reported that two individuals had walked out with approximately $60 worth of unpaid merchandise. The suspects were spotted getting into a white Subaru parked behind the store. When officers arrived, they found the pair still on the scene—openly eating the stolen food in the vehicle, according to police.
Police identified the individuals as Nicole Hamlet, 28, and Kevin Brizzi, 31, both residents of Hatboro. Wawa staff confirmed the identification. Officers noted that food and drinks from the store were plainly visible—some in Hamlet’s lap, while Brizzi was caught mid-bite.
During a search of the vehicle, officers also discovered suspected heroin, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia. Hamlet and Brizzi were taken into custody, processed, and will be charged via summons.
They are facing charges including Retail Theft, Receiving Stolen Property, and multiple drug offenses.
All suspects and defendants are innocent until proven guilty. This story was compiled using public court records.
