Horsham Township is proud to recognize the exceptional efforts of its Public Works Department and paving contractor, Glasgow, for the successful completion of the 2025 summer road paving project. This large-scale infrastructure effort was completed in just three weeks — a testament to efficient planning, dedicated teamwork, and professional execution.

Over the course of the project, approximately four miles of township roadway were milled, newly paved, and line painted. Despite the tight schedule and extensive scope of work, the project was completed on time and to a high standard, minimizing disruption and improving road safety and quality for all users.

The Township also extends sincere appreciation to its residents, the Hatboro-Horsham School District, and local businesses for their patience and cooperation during the construction period. Their support and understanding helped ensure a smooth and successful process from start to finish.

Roads Resurfaced During Summer 2025:

  • Greenwoods Drive
  • Beaver Hill Road
  • Forester Road
  • Lower State Road (from Route 463 to Squires Drive)
  • Marrietta Drive
  • Firewood Road
  • Cedarbrook Drive
  • Joseph Road
  • Lois Road
  • Biwood Road
  • West Moreland Avenue (from Route 611 to Maple Avenue)
  • Prospect Avenue
  • Babylon Road (from Davis Grove Road to Route 463)
  • Babylon Road (from Sheehy Drive to Route 463)

The Township commends both the Public Works Department and Glasgow for their professionalism, coordination, and commitment to quality. Their work has not only improved driving conditions but also contributed to the long-term maintenance and value of Horsham’s infrastructure.

Horsham Township remains committed to investing in its roads and infrastructure to ensure a safe, reliable, and efficient transportation network for all. This summer’s project marks another step forward in that mission — and the Township is grateful to everyone who made it possible.
