Two patients were transported by VMSC Emergency Medical Services from the scene of a 2-car crash on the Route 202 Parkway at Horsham Road in Montgomery Township Thursday afternoon.
The collision involved a white Chevrolet 4-door hatchback and a dark gray Acura SUV, but neither flipped over.
The Chevrolet sustained heavy passenger side damage, including a broken wheel, and the Acura sustained severe front-end damage in the wreck.
VMSC were assisted by Montgomery Township Police, Fire Department of Montgomery Township and Montgomery Township Fire Police.
There were initial emergency dispatch reports about a vehicle fire, but there was no such serious incident.
All lanes headed into Bucks County are blocked, but all opposing lanes on the Parkway are open. Horsham Road is baked up to Upper State Road and traffic is reduced to one lane.
