The Horsham Township Planning Commission will meet on Tuesday, Aug. 5, in a new location – the Horsham Township Library, 435 Babylon Road – for its regularly scheduled monthly meeting.
Planning commission members will hear from the Hallmark Building Group, and Toll Mid-Atlantic LP Company, who are each proposing housing developments within Horsham Township.
Hallmark Building Group will be proposing its project in front of Horsham officials for the first time Tuesday. The project involves the development on Park Road of 57 single-family building lots.
The second presentation, which will be made by Toll Mid-Atlantic LP Company, will deal with the second review of the land development application at 1336 Limekiln Pike, which includes the development and construction of 35 single-family building lots. According to the meeting agenda, “the existing historic resources on lot 35 will be preserved in conjunction with this development.”
Toll Mid-Atlantic presented their project in front of the planning commission months ago, and received a preliminary land development approval recommendation from the Horsham Planning Commission on May 6. Officials from Toll Mid-Atlantic will now present its recommendations to the planning commission for next steps in the process.
More details about both of these projects will be published after the presentation.
