Is Garrett Stubbs the next player from the Phillies organization to turn social media influencer?

The catcher recently dropped a six-minute video on TikTok, documenting his travel day as the Lehigh Valley IronPigs made their way to Georgia. Here are some of the highlights:
- The first minute or so is dedicated exclusively to Stubbs' skin care routine. If you've ever said to yourself, "I want skin like Garrett Stubbs," this is your lucky day. Stubbs uses--no exaggeration--ten different products every morning. There's a "hydrabalanace gel" and a "CBD soothing serum" and a "goat milk moisture optimizer" and a "calming facial toner," among other various lotions. (Ok I did make one of those up. But there are ten real products.)
- Skip to 1:22 to meet Stubbs' dogs. This was the highlight of the video for me. Hudson and Slade look like very good boys.
- Stubbs hops in the car and takes us on his commute to the IronPigs' Coca-Cola Park. This part sort of drags. Stubbs says he doesn't listen to music because he wants to sit in his thoughts. He shows us some trees and points out a McDonald's.
- But what's this at 2:16? A Justin Crawford cameo! "Craw," as Stubbs calls him, is the catcher's seatmate on a bus to the Newark airport.
- Next we go through TSA, grab a coffee, board the plane. Stubbs is watching Severance.
- By the 3:00 mark we're on another bus. And we get another cameo! This time it's Weston Wilson.
The IronPigs' roster is stacked. They're currently 12-6 overall.
- The action picks up at 3:10 in an arcade/bowling alley. Stubbs is a good bowler. Mick Abel makes an appearance, looking sort of miserable at the lanes. We get some Cal Stevenson as well.
- A significant amount of time is then dedicated to the IronPigs playing pop-a-shot and eating at a Korean BBQ.
- We get more skin care products before Stubbs goes to bed.
On a scale of zero to five banana breads, I'll give this video 3.5 banana breads. Unlike Bryce Harper's influencer videos, Stubbs at least takes us to different locations. (Locations like TSA at the Newark airport, but still.) The behind-the-scenes clips of all your favorite IronPigs are solid. The video was more skincare-focused than I expected, and in fact the whole production may be a stealth advertisement. But if you like Stubbsy and skin lotions, this is absolutely the video for you.
