The Horsham Township Planning Commission has postponed its April meeting due to a request from a developer.
“The applicant has requested a continuance of their application to the June 3, 2025 Planning Commission meeting,” the notice said on the township website.
The applicant, DeLuca Horsham, LP, has requested a residential land use to develop land at 1129 and 1131 County Line Road, for the addition of 22 units on 28.57 acres of land, according to Montgomery County documents.
The project was supposed to be heard during its April meeting, but since it was the only agenda item listed, the Planning Commission will now hear from the developer at its June 3 meeting at 7 p.m.
The Planning Commission will meet on Tuesday, May 6, at 7 p.m. for its next meeting.
DeLuca Horsham, LP, will be represented by Dynamic Engineering Consultants, PC.
The applicant first proposed this project on Feb. 21, 2025, at the Horsham Township Municipal Building.
