Free coffee will be provided by the Steel Penny Cafe
It is a great opportunity to get to know those who serve and protect our community. And, on Friday, Oct. 25, all ages are welcome to attend.
The Borough Blend, also known as “Coffee with a Cop” will be hosted on Friday with both the Hatboro Police Department and Mayor Tim Schultz as they host a public coffee hour. Guests are welcome to come “for a cup of coffee and conversation in a relaxed setting,” according to the police department’s Crimewatch page.
The event will be held on Friday, Oct. 25 from 8 to 10 a.m. at the Steel Penny Café, located at 451 Oakdale Ave., in Hatboro. The conversation is not restricted but aimed to cover “all things Hatboro,” according to the department’s ad. Coffee is provided free of charge by the Café.
