These students have committed to their chosen schools for both a higher education and a chance to play on.
Nine Upper Dublin High School outstanding student-athletes announced their commitment to continue their athletic careers at the collegiate level on College Signing Day.
The student-athletes who have signed National Letters of Intent (NLI) to play for a college team are: (as shown clockwise from top-left in photo below)
"We are excited and proud to recognize the tremendous achievements of our student-athletes," said Matt Heiland, Upper Dublin High School Athletic Director. "College Signing Day is the capstone to years of hard work, perseverance, and support from their coaches, teammates, and families. We were delighted to host this ceremony and invite all who played a role in their success to join in celebration.”
Two of the student-athletes reflected on their experiences as student-athletes at Upper Dublin High School.
"My coaches and teammates have always pushed me to be my best and motivated me to play at the next level,” said Maggie Cantrell.
Another said he enjoys competing.
“Swimming has meant so much to me socially in addition to the competition,” said Toby Herzog.
