The Hatboro Police Department and its chief, Mark D. Ruegg, announced on Thursday that an active arrest warrant has been issued for a suspect in connection with a robbery on Horsham Road within the Borough on Wednesday, Dec. 11.
According to a release on the Crime Watch page for the department and court documentation, Jeffrey Joseph Grace, 52, of the 200 block of Wooded Drive in Doylestown, is wanted “regarding his role” in the robbery, which police say occurred in the early morning hours of Dec. 11.
Grace is described as a white, bald man, around 6’ in height, around 220 pounds, with blue eyes. According to police, his counts include felony robbery inflicting or threatening bodily injury, terroristic threats, a simple assault, and theft by unlawful taking.
According to court documents, Grace has an extensive priors record with incidents in both Bucks and Montgomery counties, starting from 2003, including a 2007 charge for escaping custody.
